It doesn’t look like much, but we will probably be seeing a lot more of this. It is the frame for a Yardpod, a new small prefab that isn’t coming from some young architect with a dream and a backyard, but from some serious heavyweights. Architect Malcolm Davies was CEO of Michelle Kaufmann Designs and knows prefab, and Marvin Muaer was CEO of Houseplans.com and a VP at Mattel. They worked together at GE and Autodesk.
